Foxp1 KO does not change the apparent vascular bed. Adult control and Foxp1 KO mice were perfused with fluorescein isothiocyanate dextran (FITC-dextran) through the left ventricle. The melanin bleaching procedure using H2O2 was applied to the whole eyeballs.
