  1. A linear mixed effects model is used to estimate the change in RNFL features over time. Coefficients and the p values of the coefficients of the linear mixed effects model of RNFL features vs. days before registration and after registration by LPCC_MSBV algorithm are shown in this table. The intercept represents the magnitude of RNFL thickness and, therefore, the p values for intercepts are all zero indicating that the thickness is non-zero. The slopes represent the change of RNFL thickness features over time. The p values for the slopes are shown in the table.
