Method for measuring decentration of multifocal intraocular lenses with OPD-scan III aberrometer. (Left) In the retroillumination analysis mode, the center of the visual axis refers to the point of intersection between the red and blue lines. The center of the intraocular lens is indicated by the blue cross. Linking the centers of the visual axis and the intraocular lens, the green line is used to measure overall decentration. The short yellow line crossing the green line represents overall decentration and its direction and length are shown in the yellow box. (Right) The short pink line represents vertical decentration; the light blue line indicates horizontal decentration
