Calibration of the field of view (FOV) using OCTA. a A target with a printed grid (interval of 1 mm) was placed in front of the instrument with an anterior segment imaging lens, and a 6 × 6 mm2 raster scan was used to scan the target. The system parameters were set as: Z Motor = 15; Focus = − 15 and P Motor = 20. b The FOV of the OCTA with the 6 × 6 mm2 scan was calibrated as 8.775 × 8.775 mm2
